Whilst her official title is Chief Strategy Officer, International, Fern prefers to call herself International Strategy Diva. She’s worked at some of the best agencies in the world on some

of very well-known (and some not-so-well known) brands and throughout her career, her job has always been to connect brands and people with good ideas.

In 2016, Fern took on the interim role of leading DigitasLBi’s UK’s New Business and Marketing team, as well as the International Marketing strategy and plan, in order to develop their new brand identity and propositions.

They held a massive Rave, with hundreds of people pledging devotion to creativity and tech. They took MuslimGirl and Advanced Style to Cannes to promote more challenging and diverse creative thinking. They sponsored the UK’s first digital Pride.

They also had a blast, won 2 Lions, Grand Prix at the BIMAS, were Digiday’s European agency of the year, Campaign APAC’s digital network of the year and shortlisted for Campaign’s Digital Innovation agency of the year in UK.
